I must say, from the initial interaction, I was very impressed with his professionalism and customer service skills. I gave him my contact number and it took a little while before he was able to reach me. I requested a quote for both auto and home insurance. Jemoi was very patient and understanding with me as I asked him questions so I could make a decision. Please note that I am a senior citizen and rarely do I meet young people with the customer service skills and disposition that Jemoi has. I especially liked the fact he was not pushy.
